Hello Palm Beach GAGites and Friends,

I want to thank you for your great response in making the newly formed Palm Beach GAG Chapter one of the best chapters in South Florida and the nation. Your hard work and steadfastness shows your dedication and commitment to the up building of the kingdom of God through the medium of gospel music. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

We have some great events coming up for the Palm Beach GAG. Let’s attend:

CLUB REDEMPTION—March 30, 2007—9:00 PM @ Downtown Marriot (CityPlace) in West Palm Beach, FL.  Club Redemption is a brand new gospel nightclub located in the city of West Palm Beach that gives an alternative to the regular nightclub. Next Friday night March 30, 2007, there will be guest performances by James Smith & Nu Birth, Patrick Phoenix, and D. Lowe.  There will also be speak-easy and other giveaways. Your Palm Beach GAG will be hosting a silent auction to raise funds and a membership drive at Club Redemption. Come out and support your local GAG as we continue to recruit and solicit to enhance God’s kingdom and ourselves. For more info on this event call Briana at (561) 283-6789

“GOSPEL IN THE STREETS”—April 6, 2007—11:00 AM @ Mt. Gilead MB Church, 1313 Division Ave. West Palm Beach, FL.-- There will be a Good Friday “GOSPEL IN THE STREETS” concert on April 6, 2007. I am so excited about this event as this will be deemed our coming out event for the Palm Beach GAG. We have at least 150 gospel performers coming from the Bahamas. Performing from the Bahamas under the leadership of Derek Stubbs will be The Bahamas Interdenominational Mass Choir, The Bahamas Youth & Jr. Brass Bands, The Bahamas Public Services Choir, The Anointed Men of Prophecy, James Smith & Nu Birth, Darlene Spence, Perfect Harmony, Jarvis of Orlando, FL. and several other great gospel performers. Special guest host will be our FGAG State President Lydia Goodin and Friscoe of 106.3 FM (Sunday Morning Inspirations). There will be great food and vendors on hand. There will be community groups as Breast Cancer Awareness, the Heart Association, Sickle Cell Anemia and local community leaders to welcome our special guest. Thanks to McCray’s BBQ for feeding our special guest from the Bahamas. Let’s invite our church, family, and friends out to the coming out party of the Palm Beach GAG. “FGAG 2007 STATE CONFERENCE”—June 28-30, 2007—I am pleased that the state chose Palm Beach as the city to host the 2007 FGAG State Conference. I want you to know your board is working hard at making this a monumental event. The registration forms, vendor application forms, souvenir booklet forms, hotel information and other important information is posted on FGAG website at www.floridagag.org website for downloading. More planning is in the works and a full update will be posted next week. Keep the state conference in prayer.

Your guild is working extra hard on getting our website up. We have already secured the domain name of PalmBeachGAG.com and are in the final stages of completion. We should be up and running by next week. PRAISE THE LORD!!
